Pickup and Delivery Questions
It is easy to schedule a pickup. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Our pickup and delivery service is available Monday - Friday.
Our pickup and delivery service is only $1.75/lb. if you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly pickup and delivery. If you only want to use our service from time to time it is $2.00/lb.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit or debit card information. You card won't be charged until your laundry is complete.
Monday - Thursday your clean laundry will be returned to in 24 hours. Friday morning orders are returned on Friday evening.
No problem! When you create your order online there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any laundry instructions. These instructions are saved and will be done each time we do your laundry.
You do not have to be home to use our service. Just put in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry bags, so we know where to find them!
There is no contract for our service. We are confident that you will love our service and will want to stay with us, but you can cancel at any time.
You can always log into your account and place your service on hold until you return.
